Neal’s Yard Remedies – My review

Two weeks ago I received a beautiful ‘Baby Organic Collection’ gift set from Ami at Neal’s Yard Remedies.

I normally bath Holly in the purple Johnson’s baby bath and only use vaseline on her bum.  I have noticed dry skin on her belly and sides lately.  I have tried a few different products and nothing worked so I was hoping these products would help.

The gift box contained;

  • Baby Bath Shampoo – Mild foaming-action to gently cleanse. Soothing chamomile and lavender essential oils.  Recommended from 3 months.
  • Pure Baby Oil – Helps with dry skin on scalp.  100% organic, perfect for massage, Fragrance-free and gentle enough for newborn.
  • Baby Balm – Soothing for face, body and bottom.  100% organic, with moisturising shea butter, Fragrance free.

I loved the Shampoo (Holly did too because it was so foamy!).  I used conditioner with it as Holly’s hair is wild!!  The shampoo left a beautiful smell and shine in Holly’s hair :)

The Baby Oil was lovely to give Holly a massage after her bath,  She just loves being pampered!!  This oil would be great for a newborn too as I used to love massaging my two when they were babies. Also great for cradle cap!!

I used the Baby Balm on Holly’s bum when I ran out of Vaseline.  It worked the exact same,  so soothing for bums!

Holly’s dry skin hasn’t cleared completely but these products definitely helped.

I also tried out the Rose Facial Oil for my face.  I put it on before bed and I could feel it soaking into my skin.  The next morning my skin was super soft :)

Neal’s Yard Remedies have beautiful gift sets, perfect for Christmas!!
